That’s why we actively promote the eight universal aspects of CREATION Life — Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition — to help people achieve long-lasting good health. At our location in Pasco County, Florida, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, formerly Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, offers a variety of free and low-cost classes, screenings, and health support groups along with special programs for people with specific conditions like diabetes and cancer. And we partner with Pioneer Medical Group Foundation to help provide free medical care to homeless, uninsured, and underinsured people in our community.

Maybe you’re looking to quit smoking and need some help getting started. Maybe the thought of medical bills means you’ve been putting off preventative care. Or maybe you could use a listening ear. Whatever your situation is, AdventHealth Wesley Chapel, formerly Florida Hospital Wesley Chapel, wants to make it easy for you to incorporate wellness into your daily life and get the care you deserve. That’s why we offer free or low-cost wellness classes, health support groups, and health screenings. It’s all part of our way of extending the healing ministry of Christ to all of our neighbors — regardless of background, race, religion, or culture.

Patients and survivors alike can share their stories in a positive, uplifting setting.
Well-On-Your-Way Diabetes Program
Learn how to better manage and control diabetes-related complications with the guidance of a registered dietitian and a personal trainer. You’ll receive a free membership to the Health and Wellness Center throughout the program. The program is free thanks to a special grant from our parent-company, AdventHealth.
Vitality Cancer Program
Cancer patients and survivors can learn how to combat deconditioning and chronic fatigue from treatment through an active lifestyle. Along with customized advice from a registered dietitian and a personal trainer, you’ll also get free membership to the Health and Wellness Center for the duration of the program. This program is free thanks to the AdventHealth Wesley Chapel Foundation.
Prepared Childbirth Classes
Learn more about the last stages of your pregnancy, labor techniques, and much more. You’ll have the option of a three-week series or a four-hour condensed class.
