Free AdventHealth sponsored Mental Health First Aid Certification Class

• In partnership with instructors from Safe & Sound Hillsborough, this class is 8 hours worth of content (2 hours of pre-work done before class and 6 hours of live in class content held at the Children's Board of Hillsborough County)
• In this class you will learn how to identify and assess someone struggling with a mental health challenge as well as when and how to connect them to the appropriate professional care.
• This class is interactive and a full-day's worth of information.
• A 30-minute lunch break will be provided but you must plan to bring your own lunch
