Our team was beyond excited to celebrate Christmas in July this year with the kids at AdventHealth for Children. This year was filled with fun-filled holiday activities including games, crafts, snow cones, and a special visit from Santa and his elves who rappelled from the hospital roof to drop in and say hi to our youngest patients.

"Christmas in July is so unique because it combines all of the things people love about Christmas with a summertime twist! It’s also a wonderful opportunity for our supporters in the community to get involved during the middle of the year because we rely so heavily on the support of our donations. We truly could not provide the same level of care to our patients and families without the help from our generous community." — Nussi Afroz, Child Life team member

This unique celebration was also an opportunity for generous hearts in the community to bring cheer to our littlest patients by purchasing gifts from our Amazon Wish List like Legos, Play-Doh, and board games that help give emotional, educational, and developmental support.

If you missed this celebration, you can still help our Child life team. Become a helper year-round by purchasing items on our Amazon Wish List or make a one-time or monthly donation. Learn more about how you can help HERE.
