Our Mission and Goals Work Toward Your Future

Our AdventHealth Sports Physical Therapy Residency Program aims to build the professional development and advanced clinical training of sports physical therapists. The program highlights the core values of physical therapy professionalism and the importance of making lasting contributions to the community and profession.

Through leadership training and development, therapists will work as exceptional clinicians, educators and scholars. This program will enable them to become expert providers in the field and further our mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.

Advancing Sports Physical Therapy

Our Sports Physical Therapy Residency is currently working toward achieving American Board of Physical Therapy Residency and Fellowship Education (ABPT-RFE) accreditation in February 2025. The program is designed to produce an advanced practitioner who effectively meets the needs of patients, colleagues and physician partners in the field of sports physical therapy.
