Firsthand Learning for Your Future in Health Care
The AdventHealth Heritage Nurse Internship a 10 or 11-week paid summer program for nursing students looking to gain clinical work experience and home in on the areas they are most passionate about. During our program, interns can gain meaningful insight into different areas of nursing through three 12-hour shifts per week. The position aligns with a nurse tech job description and duties, while allowing flexibility for a variety of learning experiences such as shadow shifts, simulations, and skills training.
Heritage Nurse Internship Application Requirements:

- GPA 3.2 and above

- Priority will be given to candidates graduating before June 2026

The Heritage Nurse Internship program model consists of a combination of working days and learning days allowing for the opportunity to fully immerse into unit culture through working days and exploration of various areas of interest on learning days, creating a dynamic yet balanced clinical experience.

Pay
