“We are blessed to have such a talented and dedicated group of team members,” said Olesea Azevedo, senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Adventist Health System. “Through their hard work and dedication, this year’s honorees truly embody the culture of service that allows us to deliver on our promise of wholeness and fulfill our mission of Extending the Healing ministry of Christ.”
Attracting, engaging and retaining top talent continues to be a focus for Adventist Health System, and the organization has deployed a number of initiatives to provide growth and learning opportunities for employees. AHS recently opened its state-of-the-art Leadership Institute on the corporate campus to identify, nurture and develop executive leaders across the organization, while also providing resources to foster professional growth and development for all team members.
To help enhance the employee experience, Adventist Health System has implemented a number of ways to foster feedback and fruitful interactions among leaders and team members.
