VOLUSIA/FLAGLER COUNTIES, August 16, 2018 Darrell Brill has been named as director of human resources and human resources business partner for Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners.
With more than 75 locations throughout Volusia and Flagler counties, Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners is a physician group of more than 160 doctors in over 25 specialties. Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners is affiliated with Florida Hospital and is a member of Adventist Health System, one of the largest not-for-profit Protestant health care systems in the nation, with nearly 50 hospitals in nine states.
In his new role with Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners, Brill will identify and leverage opportunities to drive organizational change and develop business strategies in key areas, such as leadership development, performance management, talent acquisition and management, and employee relations.
I consider it a calling, privilege and a blessing to serve and support our leadership and employees, who have the most direct impact day in and out by touching and changing the lives of our patients each and every day, Brill said.
Brill has more than 20 years of experience and most recently served as assistant vice president and human resources business partner for U.S. Bank, the fifth largest bank in the country with 73,000 employees and $462 billion in assets. In this role, Brill partnered with senior vice presidents and vice presidents to develop strategic initiatives, create value-added partnership opportunities, and delivered key corporate human resources strategies.
He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Clark Atlanta University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in human resources management from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Brill earned the Senior Profession in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute.
