In her current role, DeAnna Santana-Cebollero focuses on the development of mission-specific initiatives, such as the development of a mission fit selection tool, as well as onboarding, mentor, and integration programs to increase the well-being and engagement of physicians and advanced practice providers. She is co-editor of Physician Well-Being During Sustained Crisis.
DeAnna graduated from Walden University with her PhD in industrial-organizational psychology, where she focused her research on physician well-being.
