Dianne McCallister, MD, MBA, a board-certified internist and former chief medical officer, has extensive administrative and quality improvement experience.

Dianne is co-founder of the Coalition for Physician Well-Being and co-editor of the books Physician Well-Being During Sustained Crisis (AdventHealth Press) and Transforming the Heart of Practice: An Organizational and Personal Approach to Physician Wellbeing (Springer 2019). She is a published author, with book chapters on quality, patient safety, and EMCO program development. Dr. McCallister speaks nationally and internationally on physician well-being and other topics.
