- 8 ounces mushrooms (baby portobello, white button or shiitake)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- To taste, desired seasonings
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- Optional, burger toppings: tomato, lettuce, red onion, ketchup, mustard, mayo
- Whole grain hamburger buns, you can use slider size if a smaller burger is preferred.
- If preferred, bibb lettuce as a gluten-free lettuce wrap option.
