Homemade Trail Mix

The Perfect Healthy Snack

Making your own trail mix is super quick and easy to do. It tastes so much fresher and allows you to control the amount of salt by mixing raw, roasted, and salted nuts or seeds in the ratios you desire. This is a great way to get the recommended quarter cup of nuts and seeds into your diet per day for their healthy fats, protein, fiber, minerals and anti-inflammatory compounds.
