- 1 Large English cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 cup Kalamata or Castelvetrano olives, chopped
- 1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese
- 2-3 Green onions, thinly sliced
- To taste, drizzle of olive oil
- To taste, sprinkle of paprika or smoked paprika
