Sesame Miso Ginger Dressing

Enjoy This Versatile Dressing

This Asian-inspired dressing is wonderful over salads and stir-fries, or as a marinade for protein. It’s chock full of ingredients that support digestion and the health of your microbiome. Ginger is a warming spice with anti-inflammatory properties and is known for its ability to ease digestion. Garlic has prebiotic fibers in it that help provide a healthy food source for your microbiome. Miso is a salty, savory paste made from fermented soybeans that contains healthy probiotic bacteria for gut health.

Makes about 8 oz

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon miso paste
  • 2-3 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 1 garlic clove finely minced or grated

Preparation

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl or pour into a jar with a lid and shake. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
