Melanie Olsen looks forward to building community relationships in her new role with Florida Hospital

Fla., August 02, 2018 — Orlando, Fla., Aug. 2, 2018 — Melanie Olsen has been named Florida Hospital Marketing Manager for the North Orlando community. In her new position, Melanie will strive to build lasting and impactful relationships with the residents of Seminole County through meaningful interactions and sponsored community events. Her mission is to educate and inform community members that live, work or play in the area about the services Florida Hospital offers and its extensive network of care.

Prior to this role, Melanie worked at Florida Hospital's marketing department. Before joining the health care system, she spent three years with the Orlando Magic and Valencia College. Melanie graduated from Stetson University in DeLand with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management.

Melanie likes to spend her spare time with her family and friends, playing with her dog, watching baseball with her husband and traveling. A supporter of her community, Melanie also enjoys volunteering at The Sharing Center in Longwood.
