Randy Haffner, Ph.D.
President/CEO, AdventHealth Florida
Randy Haffner is president and CEO of AdventHealth Florida, which encompasses more than 40 hospitals and ERs throughout the state. The world-class hospitals, combined with a comprehensive outpatient care network, treat more than 4.8 million patients annually.
Randy has been with AdventHealth since 1989 and has held senior leadership positions throughout the organization. He most recently served as president/CEO of the Central Florida Division, overseeing nearly two dozen hospitals and ERs, including AdventHealth’s flagship campus, AdventHealth Orlando.
Randy previously served as president/CEO of the Multistate Division, where he oversaw AdventHealth’s operations outside of Florida, comprising 20 campuses across eight states. Earlier in his career he served as CEO of Porter Adventist Hospital in Colorado, and as administrator of AdventHealth Orlando.
Randy graduated from Walla Walla College, earned his graduate degree from the Roy E. Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, and a doctorate in leadership studies from Andrews University.
He is a member of the Florida Council of 100, Florida Hospital Association Board and the Orlando Economic Partnership’s Governor’s Council.
Randy and his wife Cindy have three children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors including running, cycling and snow skiing.
Brian Adams
President/CEO, AdventHealth Central Florida Division
Brian Adams leads strategies, planning, development, implementation, and operational oversight of AdventHealth’s care network across Orange, Seminole and Osceola counties. Prior to taking on his current role, Adams held leadership roles at AdventHealth in the Tampa Bay and Polk County communities, where he managed rapid growth and clinical transformation.
He serves on the Board of Lift Orlando, a community development organization that works with residents, business leaders, and community partners to strengthen neighborhoods around Camping World Stadium through mixed-income housing, cradle-to-career education pathways, health and wellness services, and economic viability opportunities.
Adams holds a master’s in business administration degree from the University of Central Florida, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Originally from Oshawa, Ontario, Canada; Brian and his wife Gwendy have two sons. In his spare time Brian enjoys fishing, watching hockey and spending time with his family.
Todd Goodman
Chief Financial Officer, AdventHealth Florida
Todd Goodman is the Chief Financial Officer of AdventHealth Florida, which encompasses more than 40 hospitals and ERs throughout the state. The world-class hospitals, combined with a comprehensive outpatient care network, treat more than 4.8 million patients annually.
Goodman has been in health care leadership for more than 25 years and oversees the financial operations of one of the largest nonprofit health care systems in the country, with a net annual revenue of more than $7 billion.
Prior to his current role, Goodman served in positions including Senior Finance Officer/Senior Vice President of AdventHealth’s Central Florida market, Chief Financial Officer of the organization’s Heartland division, and the AdventHealth Foundation.
Goodman earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and is a licensed CPA. He is a member of the Heart of Florida United Way Board and multiple university boards. He and his wife, Melinda, reside with their two children in Mount Dora, Florida.
Aaron J. Godshall, MD
Pediatric Critical Care – AdventHealth Medical Staff, President-Elect
Dr. Aaron Godshall matriculated from California State University, Chico prior to
pursuing his medical degree from St. George’s University, School of Medicine. He completed his residency in General Pediatric at Kaiser Permanente, Los Angeles Medical Center and subsequently, a Fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles. He joined the medical staff at AdventHealth (formerly Florida Hospital) in 2006. During his tenure he has participated in numerous leadership positions within the Children’s Hospital community including, but not limited to chairman positions for: Pediatric Ethics committee, Pediatric Respiratory Therapy, Medication Safety, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee, Department of Pediatrics, Allied Health committee, and Secretary/Treasurer of the Medical Staff.
Dr. Godshall was the driving visionary behind what has become the Pediatric Outpatient Procedure and Sedation (POPS) unit. He guided the development of the Pediatric Congenital Heart and Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Programs. He also provided medical insight into the development of the current PICU design.
Aaron is the proud father of 2 daughters, Cherisse 17 and Julie 15. Dr. Godshall and his wife Beth are active members at Orangewood Presbyterian Church where he also serves as a church elder.
Ademola Adewale, MD
Emergency Medicine, AdventHealth Medical Staff, President
Dr. Ademola Adewale was born in Lagos, Nigeria, and emigrated to the United States 30 years ago to settle in New York City. He completed his undergraduate education at The City College of New York and his medical education at Howard University College of Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Adewale completed his residency training in emergency medicine at Drexel University and Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, serving as the chief resident in his final year.
Dr. Adewale relocated to Orlando in 2003 to join Florida Emergency Physicians, where he later became a managing partner. During his time at FEP, he and two colleagues were tasked to start the emergency medicine residency program at Florida Hospital East Orlando, now AdventHealth East Orlando. Dr. Adewale has served as the assistant program director and the director of research and simulation since the program’s inception.
Dr. Adewale is the vice president of the Physician Society of Central Florida, president of the Harbor House of Central Florida’s executive committee and board of directors and is the founder and CEO of Platinum Men’s Health & Wellness. Additionally, he served on the Orange County Mayor’s Heroin Task Force and is currently a member of its advisory board. Dr. Adewale and his wife, Tasha, have three children.
Allan Machado
President, Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists
Allan Machado currently serves as the Florida Conference President. Prior to this role, he served the church in various capacities, including Executive Secretary, Vice President for Florida Conference Spanish-language Ministries, Volunteer Lay Ministry Coordinator and more.
Machado holds a Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Ministry from Andrews University and serves as an adjunct professor in the university’s Theological Seminary in Berrien Springs, Michigan. His desire is to serve Christ Jesus in the advancement of the gospel for the glory of God. He has dedicated his life to proclaiming with passion the love of God and His saving grace.
His personal relationship with God, the love of his wife Elsa and their children Alan, Erich, and Tatiana, are his greatest pride and joy.
E. Ann McGee
Chair, Winter Park Health Foundation
Dr. E. Ann McGee retired in 2018 from Seminole State College (SSC) having served as its president for 22 years. Her service at Seminole was the capstone to a 50-year career in higher education in Florida that included roles as faculty, Dean of Students, Provost, and Vice President at The College of the Florida Keys and Broward College before moving to Central Florida in 1996.
While at Seminole State, McGee led efforts to double the enrollment from 15,000 to 30,000 students; to increase student access by opening 3 additional campuses located throughout Seminole County; to increase the College’s fundraising efforts by taking the Foundation from $1 million to over $30 million in its endowment; and to convert the institution to a baccalaureate-granting college. Along with other local community college presidents and the president of UCF, she was one of the architects of the Direct Connect program guaranteeing all local community college graduates’ admission to the University of Central Florida.
McGee currently serves on the Truist Advisory Board, the Winter Park Health Foundation Board (Chair), and the Advisory Board to Packback – a national distance learning initiative. She chaired the Heart of Florida United Way Board; was an Executive Committee member for the Orlando Economic Partnership; past chair of the Foundation for the Florida College System; a member of the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) Board; and the Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Foundation Board.
McGee has been honored by Orange Appeal Magazine with the “Woman of the Decade” Award in 2018; i4 Magazine with a “2017 Business Leaders of the Year Award;” the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce with the “Hispanic Community Champion and Lifetime Achievement Award;” by the OEP with the “James B. Greene Award;” by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) with the “Chief Executive Leadership Award for District III;” by the United Negro College Fund as the first recipient of their “Champion of Education Award;” by her alma mater, St. Petersburg College, as “Outstanding Alumnus;” by the Association of Community College Trustees as the #1 community college CEO in the nation; and she received the “Leadership Legend” award from Leadership Seminole. In retirement, Ann enjoys having more time for travel, playing golf, biking, beach walking, reading, and being with family and friends.
Anne Kelley
Chief Credit Officer, Northstar Financial Group, Inc
Anne Kelley has been the Chief Credit Officer for Northstar Financial Group, Inc. since May 2014 and works in this capacity with three community banks that are located in Central Florida and Michigan. Prior to this role, she was the Senior Executive Vice President at BankFIRST for over 17 years.
Kelley holds a BA in Mathematics and Business from Rollins College and an MBA from the Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business.
Kelley gives back to the community by serving on various subcommittees for AdventHealth which include the Collaborative Community Council and the Finance Committee. She is also a Board member for Interlachen Country Club and serves on the club’s finance committee. In addition, in the past several years she has served on the Crummer Graduate School Board of Overseers and was Chairman of the WMFE Board of Trustees.
Beat Kahli
President/CEO, Avalon Park Group Management
As founder, President and CEO of Avalon Park Group (APG), Kahli leads an executive leadership team focused on the mission to change the way the world lives, learns, works and plays. Under his leadership, APG drives the vision for creating sustainable communities under an umbrella of diverse companies, spanning multiple industries. With over 30 years of experience in the fields of real estate, investment banking and financial consulting, Kahli provides direction and guidance for all APG operations, including the development of strategic alliances and joint venture relationships.
Kahli has been named by the Orlando Business Journal as one of the Top Ten Most Influential Businessmen and the Reader’s Choice, Most Respected CEO in Central Florida. Additionally, the Orlando Magazine awarded Kahli the honor of one of the 50 Most Powerful People in Orlando for three consecutive years.
Kahli has served on the boards of many community not-for-profit organizations, including the Red Cross of Central Florida, the Central Florida YMCA, the Central Florida Boy Scouts and the University of Central Florida’s Health and Public Affairs.
Kahli earned his business degree from the Zurich Business School. He resides in Winter Park with his wife Jill and their four children, Daniel, David, Alex and Anna.
Belinda O. Kirkegard
President
Belinda Ortiz Kirkegard is the President of the National Entrepreneur Center (NEC). The NEC is the most comprehensive entrepreneurial support organization in the country. Kirkegard's professional experience also includes serving as Economic Development Director for the City of Kissimmee, Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association, Orange County's Business Development Office, as well as having worked for a couple of Central Florida elected officials. She is a nationally certified Economic Development Finance Professional, has a master’s degree in public administration and was recently appointed by the Florida Governor to the Valencia College District Board of Trustees.
Brea Weiss
Chair, AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida Executive Board
Philanthropist Brea Weiss is the first female chair of the AdventHealth Foundation Central Florida Executive Board. She was appointed in 2022, succeeding her longtime friend Dick Batchelor (board chair since 2006). Weiss believes in using philanthropy as a vehicle to accelerate whole-person care. Her primary passion will always be medical care for children, and as a breast cancer survivor, Weiss also advocates women’s health.
Weiss also is current board chair of AdventHealth for Children, where she helped secure two eight-figure fundraising gits that led to the creation of the Walt Disney Pavilion at AdventHealth for Children. In addition to her work as a philanthropist, Weiss is a career development professional.
Weiss’s civic and community involvement also includes Philanthropic Leadership Award, Sundance Film Festival Women’s Leadership Celebration in 2024 and a supporter of numerous Orlando organizations, including the Orlando Ballet.
Weiss is married to Al Weiss, President (Retired), Worldwide Operations, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.
David Freedman
Treasurer, Southern Union Conference of SDA
David Freedman has served as VP of Finance for Alaska, Illinois, Texico, Oregon and Upper Columbia Conferences of Seventh-day Adventists for the last 27 years. Before he was called to conference treasury work, he served as a pastor in the New Jersey and Nevada-Utah Conferences. He was then called to the Southern Union Conference as Treasurer in February of 2019.
A native of Philadelphia Freedman was raised in southern New Jersey. He graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a concentration in accounting. He then completed a Master of Divinity degree at Andrews University.
Freedman and his wife Ann have three adult children and three grandchildren.
Elisa Rahming
Treasurer, Florida Conference of Seventh-day Adventists
Elisa Rahming is a native of Nassau, Bahamas, where she enjoyed growing up five minutes away from the beach. She earned an associate’s degree from the University of the Bahamas (formerly College of the Bahamas), a Bachelor of Business degree from Southern Adventist University, an MBA degree from Georgia State University, and a master’s degree in Pastoral Ministries from Andrews University.
Rahming is a CPA, commissioned pastor, and author who currently serves as the Treasurer/Chief Financial Officer of the Florida Conference. She loves her mix of ministry, numbers, and visioning. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling for missionary trips. Her mission trips have taken her to Brazil, Peru, Africa, Guam, and Jamaica.
Rahming's favorite gems are: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” Prov 3: 5, 6 and “Higher than the highest human thought can reach is God’s ideal for His children” by E.G. White. Her daily prayer is that the Lord will continue to lead in her life as she surrenders daily to Him.
Georgia L. Lorenz, Ph.D
President, Seminole State College
Georgia Lorenz began her tenure as the third president of Seminole State College of Florida in August 2018. As president, Lorenz brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education to the College. She holds a Ph.D. in Educational Policy, Planning and Administration from the University of Southern California.
Prior to joining Seminole State, Lorenz served as Vice President of Academic Affairs at Santa Monica College in California. In her role as Vice President of Academic Affairs, Lorenz had direct responsibility for providing leadership and administrative oversight to the college's instructional programs, including all academic departments, curriculum, satellite campuses, learning resources, distance education, and continuing education.
Lorenz has worked with the outstanding faculty and staff at Seminole State to build upon its record of success. Seminole State was named by the Aspen Institute’s College Excellence program as one of the top 150 community colleges in the country. In addition, Aspen and the Siemens Foundation awarded the college’s Networking program the Equity and Excellence in STEM Award in 2019. Seminole State’s enduring commitment to equity and academic excellence were also recognized in 2020 with the Association of Community College Trustees Southern Region Equity Award and the American Association of Community College’s national “Advancing Diversity” award.
Lorenz is active in building partnerships with educational and business leaders and engaging with faculty, staff, students and the community. She is committed to open access, ensuring that a high quality, affordable, college education is available to all students, including those from economically and socially disadvantaged backgrounds.
Lorenz currently serves on the boards of IMPOWER, the Orlando Economic Partnership, and Florida Citrus Sports. She lives with her husband Mike in Lake Mary.
James Coffin
Retired/Former Executive Director, Interfaith Council of Central Florida
James Coffin, Executive Director of the Interfaith Council of Central Florida from 2011 to 2022, brings a diverse life experience to his role on the CFD Board. After a year at Union College in Nebraska, Coffin spent a year as a church volunteer in Mexico. He subsequently earned a degree in theology at Newbold College in England and was later ordained as a minister of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. During his ministerial career, he worked in both the United States and Australia.
Coffin spent nine years of his pastoral work in youth ministry and nine years as an editor of Seventh-day Adventist publications. During the 18 years prior to assuming his role with the Interfaith Council, he served as senior pastor of the Markham Woods Church of Seventh-day Adventists in Longwood, Florida. Concurrent with his pastoral work at Markham Woods, he directed a study center/think tank that sought to create deeper understandings of and more effective communication between religious adherents and our postmodern and increasingly secularized society.
Coffin has authored three books dealing with the theory about, practice of and questions arising from religion. He has written scores of articles for religious publications and websites and has had dozens of “My Word” opinion pieces printed in the Orlando Sentinel. He and his wife, Leonie, have three adult sons and two grandchildren.
Jim Davidson
Executive Secretary, Southern Union Conference of SDA
Jim Davidson is a second generation Seventh-day Adventist minister. Born in Avon Park, Florida, he grew up in a variety of cities, ranging from Boston to Denver.
Graduating with degrees in Theology and Business Administration from Columbia Union College, as well as a Master of Divinity degree from Andrews University, he began his pastoral ministry with eight years of service in the Pennsylvania Conference. Receiving a call to return to the Conference of his birth, Davidson pastored several churches in the Florida Conference before he was called to pastor in the Kentucky-Tennessee Conference.
It was during his tenure at the Madison Campus Church in Tennessee that he was called to serve in the Carolina Conference office, where he began as Ministerial Secretary and then as Executive Secretary. In January of 2005, the Carolina Conference Executive Committee elected him as President of the Carolina Conference. The Southern Union Constituency elected him as Executive Secretary for the Southern Union Conference in September of 2011.
The joy of Davidson's life is found in his family. He and his wife, Bonnie, have two adult children, Sarah and Jonathan.
Ken Shaw, Ed. D.
President, Southern Adventist University
Dr. Ken Shaw brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to educational excellence to his role as President of Southern Adventist University. A Southern Adventist University alumnus with a bachelor's degree in mathematics, Dr. Shaw began his career teaching mathematics, physics, and computer programming at Madison Academy, a private high school near Nashville, TN.
He continued his academic journey with a master's degree in mathematics from Middle Tennessee State University and a doctoral degree in mathematics education from the University of Georgia. Following his studies, Dr. Shaw and his wife, Ann, relocated to Florida, where he dedicated 25 years to Florida State University. At FSU, he progressed from assistant professor to dean of FSU Panama City and became the founding academic dean of the College of Applied Studies.
Before his current role at Southern Adventist University, Dr. Shaw served as President of Southwestern Adventist University in Keene, TX, for seven years. His leadership extends beyond academia; he has been actively involved in church communities, holding various roles such as treasurer, building committee chair, elder, Bible teacher, and musician.
Dr. Shaw and Ann have two children, Kate and Martin, and are the proud grandparents of five.
Marjorie B. Thomas
President, Ivanhoe Broadcast News
Marjorie Thomas is a graduate of Duke University and the University of Florida law school. Thomas began her career as an attorney.
After 10 years of practicing law, Thomas joined Bette BonFleur, an executive news producer and award-winning writer. Their combined talents resulted in a company that continues to be ahead of its peers in everything from news production to employee satisfaction.
Currently, Thomas serves as the CEO of Ivanhoe Broadcast News, which is a news service for television stations and internet websites covering medical breakthroughs, family health, topics of interest for women and discoveries and breakthroughs inside science.
Michael Kwaku Agyei Owusu
President, Southeastern Conference of SDA
Dr. Michael Kwaku Agyei Owusu has spent 29 of 34 years in pastoral ministry with the Southeastern Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. After serving the conference as a pastor for 21 years, Dr. Owusu was elected to serve as Executive Secretary on May 29, 2016. Dr. Owusu, also served as Interim President from November 2020 to April 2022. Delegates to 12th Regular Constituency Meeting of the Southeastern Conference held on April 24, 2022, elected Dr. Owusu to serve as the seventh president of the conference. In addition to ministerial experience, he has also worked in both the private and public sectors, including the library system and higher education.
Born and raised in Ghana, West Africa, he completed his undergraduate education in Theology, Biblical Languages, and History at the Adventist Missionary College (now Valley View University) in Ghana, and West Indies College (now Northern Caribbean University) in Jamaica. He also holds two graduate degrees – a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry with specialization in Youth and Young Adult Ministry from the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan.
Dr. Owusu is happily married for 32 to his best friend, the former Brenda Minnis of Freeport, Bahamas. Dr. Brenda Owusu is a university Assistant Professor and a dual family and adult board-certified nurse practitioner. Together, they have a son, Michael Kwaku Adom Owusu a student at the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary at Andrews University, Berrien Springs, Michigan.
Dr. Owusu loves travelling with his family, meeting people from different countries and learning about other cultures. His favorite Bible text is 1 Timothy 6:6-8: “Now godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content” (NKJV).
Patricia Maddox
President & CEO, Winter Park Health Foundation
Patricia Maddox has served as President & Chief Executive Officer of the Winter Park Health Foundation since its inception in 1994. In this leadership role, Maddox was responsible for the original structure, staffing and start-up of the organization. Together with its Board of Trustees, she set the Foundation’s mission – to make a positive difference in people’s lives by optimizing physical, mental and social health and wellbeing. Today, Patty leads all facets of the Foundation’s operation, management, program planning, and partnership development.
Maddox came to Winter Park in 1993 to serve as Executive Vice President of the Winter Park Memorial Hospital Foundation, leaving Duke University in Durham, North Carolina where she spent fifteen years in various philanthropic development roles for Duke University Medical Center and the School of Medicine.
Currently, she is active in the local community, serving on the Community Supports, Inc. Board of Directors, the Orange County Chairman’s Healthcare Roundtable, and the Florida Hospital Board of Directors. On a state level, Maddox is Chairman of the Florida Philanthropic Network.
Under Maddox's leadership, the Winter Park Health Foundation has received numerous awards and recognition for its efforts to create healthier communities and improve the health of residents, especially children, youth and older adults. In 2017, the Winter Park Health Foundation was named Community Organization of the Year.
Maddox received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from the University of North Carolina. She is an accomplished equestrian and dog breeder. The Maddox family currently includes four horses and four dogs.
Ron C. Smith, Ph.D.
President, Southern Union Conference of SDA
Ron Smith, a native of Brooklyn, NY, is a product of Christian education and was mentored in the Seventh-day Adventist ministry by his late father, Pastor Doc Smith.
As a graduate of Oakwood University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Biblical Languages, he pursued his Master of Divinity degree from Andrews University, a Doctor of Ministry degree from Colgate Rochester Theological Seminary in NY in 1985, and a Ph.D. from the Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA, in 1995.
As a pastor, he has served congregations on the east and west coasts of North America. After serving for eight years as vice president of the Review and Herald Publishing Association and editor of Message magazine, Smith joined the Southern Union administration and served as executive secretary. Since 2011, he has served as the president of the Southern Union Conference of Seventh-day Adventists.
He and his wife, Yolanda, have two adult children.
Sam Stark
VP Communications & External Relations, Rollins College
Sam Stark began working at Rollins College in 2017. With a diverse and extensive background in marketing and community relations, this opportunity brings him “home” to his alma mater and institution where he served as a volunteer since graduation. The portfolio he leads includes Community Relations, Communications, Events and Scheduling, Print Services and the Winter Park Institute.
Before coming to Rollins, Stark was the President & CEO of Moxé, lead the Chicago Sports Commission in 2011 as the first Executive Director, served as President and CEO of the Central Florida Sports Commission and was successful in turning the financially underachieving Winter Park Chamber of Commerce into a profitable, vibrant, and relevant membership organization as its president.

Sandy Hostetter
Retired/Former Central Florida Regional President, Truist Financial Corporation
Sandy Hostetter, with over 35 years of local experience in the financial services industry, has served as the Central Florida Regional President at Truist Financial Corporation. Hostetter was the senior leader in the market, responsible for directing the commercial business and delivering the full complement of the firm’s services to clients.
An energetic leader and a catalyst for change, Hostetter currently chairs the Orlando Economic Partnership. She also serves on the board of AdventHealth, as well as the board of the Central Florida YMCA and is a founding member of the board of LIFT Orlando. Additionally, Hostetter serves on the boards of 4Roots Farm and Florida Citrus Sports.
Hostetter earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida and an MBA from the Crummer School of Business, Rollins College. When she isn't working, Hostetter enjoys playing golf, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.
Sandra L. Randolph
Vice President, AdventHealth (Retired)
Sandra Randolph is a retired hospital executive whose health care career began as a physical therapist. She served most of her leadership career with AdventHealth including twenty years at its flagship hospitals in Orlando. During her AdventHealth tenure, Randolph served in the capacities of Assistant Administrator, then rising to Administrator of AdventHealth East Orlando, and culminating as a system Vice President. Prior to joining AdventHealth, Randolph served as Assistant Hospital Director at Vanderbilt University Hospital, Vice President at Riverside Adventist Hospital, Assistant to the President, and a Director at Washington Adventist Hospital, and as a clinical leader at Howard University Hospital.
Randolph currently serves on the boards of AdventHealth Central Florida Division and Secretary of AdventHealth Hospice Care. After completing a term on the American Hospital Association’s Committee on Governance, she continues her American Hospital Association service within their Trustee Advocacy Ambassador Community. Her healthcare governance experience, and health justice penchant, led to her current participation in the inaugural national organizing of the nonprofit Black Directors Health Equity Agenda. She also served three terms as national Board Chair for the U.S. Dream Academy.
Randolph’s past volunteer community leadership roles include an appointment to the American College of Healthcare Executives’ Regional Advisory Council, as well as election to the American College of Healthcare Executives Central Florida Chapter Board of Directors, and YMCA Blanchard Park service. Randolph has served as a co-founder and mentor of a leadership development forum focused on diversity and inclusion.
Randolph is a Life Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. She received a Master of Business Administration degree in Health Administration from Howard University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Ithaca College.
Thomas Yochum
Retired/Former Chairman of the Board, Seaside National Bank and Trust
Thomas Yochum, with 43 years in the financial services market, was the Chairman of both Seaside National Bank & Trust and the Three Shores Holding Company, a community bank headquartered in Orlando. Yochum is also the Director of Community Services and Business Strategy at Lowndes, Drosdick, Doster, and Reed, P.A.
Previously, he was the CEO of SunTrust Bank for seven years and the CEO of Barnett Bank for 28 years. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Business at Rollins College in 1974.
Yochum was formerly the Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees at the University of Central Florida. He serves on numerous non-profit boards including the Orlando Magic Foundation, United Cerebral Palsy Foundation and works with Michelee Puppets.
Tico Perez
Attorney, Retired
Tico Perez serves on the National Order of the Arrow (OA) Committee as its Vice Chairman and lead of the Membership and Joint Boy Scouts of America (BSA) Programs Sub-Committee. He is a Distinguished Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor Member from Tipisa Lodge in Orlando, where he has served as Council President of the Central Florida Council. Perez has also served on the BSA Hispanic Initiative National Committee. In 2008, Perez was appointed to a four-year term to serve as the BSA National Commissioner, which is a volunteer position and includes serving on the Executive Board of the National Council.
Professionally, Perez is an attorney in private practice. He serves as a member of the Florida Board of Governors, a governor appointed seven-year term to the committee that runs the Florida state public university system.
