— LAKELAND, Fla. - AdventHealth Centra Care, Florida’s urgent care leader, is excited to announce the grand opening of its second Lakeland location, AdventHealth Centra Care South Lakeland. The new facility, located at 6419 South Florida Avenue, Lakeland, adjacent to Starbucks, will open to patients on Monday, April 8, 2024.
AdventHealth Centra Care has been a staple in urgent care for over four decades, providing convenient and compassionate medical services for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries.
“With extended hours seven days a week, including evenings, and clinics throughout Central Florida, Tampa, and beyond, AdventHealth Centra Care is committed to ensuring individuals and their loved ones receive prompt care when they need it most,” said David Banks, president and CEO of the Primary Health Division at AdventHealth.
At the new South Lakeland location, patients can expect expedited care with onsite lab testing, x-rays, stitches and medication dispensing, eliminating the need for additional trips to the pharmacy.
AdventHealth Centra Care South Lakeland will be open seven days a week, with hours Monday-Friday, 8 am to 8 pm and on weekends from 8 am to 5 pm. Patients can walk in or reserve online at Urgent Care South Lakeland | AdventHealth Centra Care.
