As the medical director of the Pediatric Weight and Wellness Program at AdventHealth, Angela Fals, MD, leads a team of experts that brings the latest treatments, therapies and counseling to children and adolescents struggling with weight control. Dr. Fals earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Miami and a medical degree from Loma Linda University, where she also completed her pediatric residency. She is a diplomat with the American Board of Bariatric Medicine. When not serving her patients, Dr. Fals enjoys playing with her children, exercising, reading and traveling.
