Aurora Realin

Manager, Diversity and Inclusion

Aurora Realin currently serves as the Manager for Diversity and Inclusion at AdventHealth, an organization with a sacred mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ. She has worked in various roles at the organization since 1998. Aurora has a master’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Healthcare Administration from Southern Adventist University and a Certificate in Diversity Management in Healthcare from Simmons University. She is a published editor and speaker and has served as the General Editor of the 3rd and 4th edition of Personalizing Patient Care, a reference guide prepared for use by healthcare professionals and other staff members who interface with patients of different religions, cultures, disabilities and generations to assist them in fostering a positive relationship with the patients they serve.

Aurora grew up in the Philippines and moved to the United States at age 13. She speaks Tagalog, its native language. She is active in her community by serving on numerous boards and organizations. She and her husband Chris, a Master Police Officer with the City of Orlando, have two sons, Christopher and Christian.
