Ellie Lang is a CREATION Life Consultant for the CREATION Life Employees team at AdventHealth. Ellie earned her bachelor’s degree in public health with an emphasis in Health Promotion and Health Behavior from Oregon State University, Corvallis Oregon. She loves CREATION Life because it is a whole person approach that gives people the tools and know-how to accomplish their goals, both in and out of the workplace. After struggling through her own 100lb weight-loss journey, Ellie developed a strong passion for motivating others to achieve a healthy lifestyle by being a positive example, focusing on strengths and promoting person-centered goals.
During her free time, she loves weightlifting, being outdoors and spending time with her Golden Retriever puppy, Duke.
