Erica Asti has served the community as a Health Educator and Community Programs Coordinator at AdventHealth for Children for 6 years. She began working with AdventHealth for Children in 2011 as an “Edutainer” on a comprehensive team to develop the Mission: FIT Possible program, which has since reached over 100 schools in the tri-county area and is deeply involved with the Central Florida community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration at UCF, her 95-hour Yoga and Mindfulness certification with Young Yogi Program, and is a certified Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Erica also works with Dr. Fals and the multi-disciplinary team at the Center for Child and Family Wellness, motivating families to adopt life-long healthy habits through this fun, educational, child and family health management program.
Additionally, she teaches yoga focusing on uncovering personal and collective purpose through mindful movement, breathing techniques, and self-regulation. She’s passionate about her work in the community and strives to bring that same passion into all she does. In her free time, Erica enjoys volunteering, hiking with her dogs, running on trails, reading, paddle boarding, crafting, and cooking!
