Louis Preston serves as AdventHealth’s director of Diversity and Inclusion, and director of Interpreter Services. He began advocating for diversity at an early age and played a significant role in desegregating his high school and college. Louis has lived and worked on behalf of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in England, Scotland and 11 African countries, and is a third-generation pastor and administrator for the church. He earned a master’s degree of divinity from Andrews University Theological Seminary and a certificate in diversity health care management from the University of Massachusetts. Louis enjoys spending time with his family, exercising and serving God.
