Director, Patient Experience
Marcela Reyes serves as the Director of Patient Experience at AdventHealth. Marcela has been with AdventHealth since 2000 and has been in her current role since 2010. She holds a masters in science of nursing and has been a registered nurse for over 20 years. Her clinical experience ranges from Neonatal ICU, Labor and Delivery, Pediatric ICU to Pediatric Emergency Room.
Marcela strives to provide an excellent experience for every patient, every time. Infusing CREATION Life in to clinical areas with intentionality and compassion motivates her. During her professional practice, Marcela has been bestowed with “The Beacon of Light Nursing Award”, “Nurse of the Year Award” and was inducted into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
In her free time, Marcela enjoys traveling, outdoor hikes, cooking and has white water rafted all of the rivers in Tennessee.
