Omayra Mansfield, MD, is the Chief of Staff of AdventHealth Celebration and Assistant Medical Director of the Emergency Department there. She is a board certified emergency physician. Omayra attended Princeton University for her bachelor’s degree, University of Florida for a master’s in health administration and medical doctorate degree. Omayra attended Carolinas Medical Center where she completed her emergency medicine residency program
Before working as an emergency physician, Omayra spent five years in healthcare administration and has held several roles such as Assistant Chief of Staff, ICU renovation planner and manager of financial analysis.
Omayra Mansfield has been awarded with the Resident Research Award, SAEM Excellence in Emergency Medicine Award, and AMA Medical Student Leadership Award, among several others. She is also a graduate of the Florida Hospital REACH and Physician Leadership courses.
Omayra is married and has a daughter and son. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, and staying healthy through Crossfit and running.
