Stacy McConkey, MD, is the Program Director of the Pediatric Residency Program and Chief Academic Officer at AdventHealth for Children. She is a board-certified pediatrician and passionate educator who has taught hundreds of medical residents. She also enjoys educating family members about children’s health and development. Her enthusiasm and experience won McConkey “Teacher of the Year” at the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 2005 and a spot on the “Best Doctors” list in 2012.
A little known fact about McConkey is that she was born on a strawberry farm.
