Making homemade salad dressing is surprisingly easy and tastes so much better than store bought. This dressing is great over raw and cooked vegetables and can even be used as a marinade for chicken and beef.

Recipe Ingredients
1/2 cup
extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 cup
balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon
Dijon mustard
1-1 1/2 tablespoons
pure maple syrup or honey
Pinch of sea salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a small jar with a lid and shake well or whisk together in a bowl. Dressing can be stored in an airtight jar or container in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
