The Collaborative Community Council is a subcommittee of the AdventHealth Orlando Board of Trustees. It is responsible for approving the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), the CHNA priorities, the Community Health Plans, and selecting and funding programmatic initiatives designed to address the needs identified by the CHNA through the Community Impact Grant.

Community Impact Grant
The Community Impact Grant offered by the Collaborative Community Council awards annual funding to innovative, programmatic initiatives that address community health priorities identified in our Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). For 2024, our community priority is Workforce Development. Annual funding of $1.2 million is allocated to non-profit organizations in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties. The grants aim to enhance community well-being, address disparities in health outcomes, and improve access to high-quality healthcare services.
