Connecting People Seeking Help and Verified Social Care Providers that Serve Them
Our communities are blessed with nonprofits and community-based organizations that exist to assist people in times of need. But too often, navigating the system to get help is difficult, time-consuming and frustrating.
At AdventHealth, we are partnering with a social care network called findhelp on the Whole Health Hub. The Whole Health Hub connects people and programs, making it easy for people to find social services in their communities, for nonprofits to coordinate their efforts, and for referrals to be made.
Findhelp.org hosts training sessions to teach community-based organizations how to utilize their network and access the many free tools that it provides.
