A standard room rate will be $189, and they are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.5%) in effect at the time of check out. Room rates will be subject to a non-commissionable daily resort fee (discounted to $20.00 per room per night, plus applicable taxes) in effect at the time of check in.
