Recipe: Edamame Hummus

INGREDIENTS

2 cups edamame, shelled
cup canola oil
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh garlic
teaspoon ground cumin
teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons water
teaspoon coarse kosher salt


DIRECTIONS

Puree edamame, oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper and salt in food processor until smooth. Add water to form spreadable consistency.
