In an effort to keep our patients, team members and community safe, we will be ending visitation at AdventHealth Connerton effective at 9 pm March 16, 2020. We are obligated by Emergency Order No. 20.006 issued on March 15 by order of Governor Ron DeSantis to restrict visitation for all individuals to our facility for the next 30 days.
Exceptions are limited and for end-of life patients only.
We are very concerned for the safety of our patients with the current outbreak of COVID-19 and its severity. Our primary goal is for our patients’ safety.
We are working on setting up virtual visitation and will do our very best to keep the lines of communication open. Details on how to access this will be given to you soon.
