DELAND, Fla., February 15, 2017 The West Volusia Retired Educators Association donated 40 handmade, knitted baby hats to Florida Hospital DeLand on Feb. 14.
When mothers come to our hospital to have their babies, we focus on providing an exceptional, special experience that welcomes their new bundle of joy to the world, said Craig Lindsey, Florida Hospital DeLand chief nursing officer. With this kind and generous donation, it makes the experience for these new mothers even more special. I know that these hats will be a cherished keepsake forever.
