ORANGE CITY, Fla., October 11, 2017 Florida Hospital Fish Memorial has named Paris Dukes as human resources (HR) director and associate HR business partner.
In this role, Dukes will serve as partner and consultant to hospital management on HR related issues, providing coaching, career development, policy guidance, as well as compliance, employee engagement and retention.
Dukes has more than 12 years of experience and previously served as Orlando Health's HR business partner for Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies and Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, with a concentrated focus on employee relations and performance management.
Prior to this role, Dukes spent four years as the regional HR manager for 21st Century Oncology in Fort Myers.
A Lake Mary resident, Dukes earned both a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration and Master of Public Administration from the University of Central Florida. Additionally, she earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute and the Society for Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential.
