HENDERSONVILLE, NC, February 12, 2025 – AdventHealth Hendersonville is excited to announce that Brittany Lopez, CCMA, has been named as its newest Director of Operations for Physician Services. Lopez has been part of the care team at AdventHealth since 2011 and has demonstrated exceptional dedication and leadership in her various roles.

From a young age, Lopez knew she wanted to work in health care. She felt a desire to help people and was excited to contribute to something bigger than herself. She earned her associate’s degree in business administration and worked her way up from being a Certified Medical Assistant with our team of Family Medicine providers to her most recent position as Practice Manager at AdventHealth Medical Group Ear, Nose and Throat; Endocrinology; and Hearing and Balance.

Lopez strives to build a supportive and collaborative team environment where everyone is heard and valued. She is committed to ensuring a respectful and supportive working environment that promotes the health and well-being of her team and those they serve.

“Throughout her tenure, Brittany has managed multiple medical offices, onboarded new providers, and consistently communicated expectations and company strategies to all providers and team members,” says Christy Sneller, MBA, Vice President of Physician Services for AdventHealth Hendersonville and AdventHealth Polk. “Her hard work and loyalty to AdventHealth have earned her the respect of her colleagues. It has been a privilege to support Brittany through so many chapters of her health care career. We are even more excited to have her continue to share her exceptional skills as a leader with the Physician Services team in this new role.”

As Director of Operations, Lopez will oversee several primary and specialty care offices at AdventHealth Medical Group locations in Western North Carolina. Lopez is looking forward to bringing her vast clinical and administrative experience, along with her dedication and compassionate leadership to her new role at AdventHealth.

Lopez and her husband, Juan, have three amazing children that keep her on her toes. Outside of work, Lopez enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, cheering her kids in their sports, crafting, and music.
