Virtual Childbirth Preparation Class

Join us for a live, 3.5 hour condensed, yet comprehensive virtual childbirth preparation class with a certified childbirth educator. This class focuses on phases of labor and delivery, medical procedures, pain management options, breathing and relaxation and the postpartum period.

The physical class packet will be mailed to you once your registration is complete and the class information with MS Teams link will be sent out the morning of class.
