Class Fee: $2 cash per class to be collected at the door.
Registration is required.
Tai Chi is moving meditation that is soft, quiet and gentle on the body with deep stretching and continuous turning of the spine. It draws the mind away from daily worries and tension by helping the mind return to stillness and clarity as it focuses and
concentrates on the movements, allowing the body to return to a balanced, relaxed and healthy state. This beginner’s class focuses on basic movements. Students should wear comfortable clothes and shoes to participate.
