It’s almost time! AdventHealth will soon open AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway, a new full-service, 100-bed hospital and medical office building in Flagler County. AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway will be located eight miles north of AdventHealth Palm Coast hospital. That means residents of Flagler County will now have two convenient locations where they can access the highest quality of care, close to home.
Medical Office Building to Open in June
The AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway medical office building will open in June 2023. The two-story, 30,000-square-foot facility will be the home of multiple specialty care practices, including orthopedics, cardiology, gastrointestinal care, general surgery, urology and gynecology.
New Hospital Coming in August
Construction began in September 2021 on the AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway hospital, a $168 million project near Bridgehaven Drive. The four-story hospital will open in August 2023 and will join AdventHealth Palm Coast hospital as a second convenient Flagler location for comprehensive care.

AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway hospital will include an emergency department with full-service imaging; five operating suites; endoscopy services; an outpatient laboratory; heart catherization labs; 20 critical care patient rooms, and 80 patient rooms for general medical or surgical care.

AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway is expected to add up to 700 new jobs to the community.
