That’s why AdventHealth Palm Coast spreads the healing ministry of Christ with community education and outreach programs, ensuring that all of our neighbors enjoy good health and bright spirits. Informed by the eight universal aspects of CREATION Life — Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust, Interpersonal Relationships, Outlook, and Nutrition — we offer a variety of outreach programs open to everyone in our Palm Coast community, regardless of background, race, religion, or culture. As you form strong interpersonal relationships with our caring providers, we’re confident that a renewed sense of wellness will lift your outlook as well.

Maybe you’ve been living with a long-term condition and could use a listening ear. Or maybe you need some help with medical expenses. Whatever your situation, AdventHealth Palm Coast is here to help. Our elderly and underprivileged neighbors can access the resources and care they need. We offer financial assistance, as well as free community health education, special clinical and non-clinical programs, and spiritual guidance. Support groups are also available to every member of our community, giving you a chance to share your stories and get answers to your questions.

  • Breast-Cancer Support Group

    An uplifting space for breast-cancer patients and survivors to find emotional support and educational resources. Call us at 386-586-2065.

    A group for prostate cancer patients to access support and education throughout the treatment and recovery process.

  • Look Good Feel Better

    Female cancer patients can learn how to refocus their outlook, learn special beauty techniques, and improve their sense of self when faced with the physical changes of chemotherapy and radiation.

  • Head and Neck Cancer Support Group

    A safe and open environment for lung cancer patients to share their experiences.

  • Bereavement Support Group
