PALM COAST, Fla., September 10, 2019 — AdventHealth Palm Coast has named board certified neurologist Dr. Jose Garcia-Guerra as the physician of the quarter.
He was nominated for this recognition by staff and his physician peers.

He goes above and beyond for his patients,” a colleague wrote in a nomination. “He always takes his time to explain his findings and diagnoses, never rushing, keeping the patients satisfied with his efforts. They love his bedside manner. If a patient calls and wants to speak with him, he personally calls them before the end of the day.”
“He is the humblest person: caring, compassionate, polite and courteous,” a second colleague wrote in a nomination. “He’s also easygoing, patient and understanding, generous and giving.”
