PALM COAST, Fla., December 28, 2016 On Dec. 14, more than 30 Florida Hospital Flagler employees joined together to honor Dr. Rehana Siddiqui as she retires. For nearly 30 years, the family medicine physician has cared for the Flagler County community.

This reception was an incredible celebration of Dr. Siddiqui's longstanding career with us, said Ryan Nolan, Florida Hospital Flagler vice president/executive director for the east division of Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners, an employed group of physicians. We are so grateful for Dr. Siddiqui's dedication to our mission and the many, many patients she has served over the last three decades.
