New Director of Cardiovascular and Cardiopulmonary Departments

PALM COAST, Fla., May 20, 2019 – AdventHealth Palm Coast has selected Tammy Cornelius to serve as director of the cardiovascular and cardiopulmonary departments.

With 25 years of critical care nursing and leadership experience, Cornelius will be responsible for improving the cardiopulmonary health of the Flagler County community and coordinating the care for cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory therapy, echocardiology, cardiac catheterization lab, and interventional radiology patients.

She has been with the AdventHealth Palm Coast family for four years and most recently served as cardiopulmonary manager.

An Ormond Beach resident, Cornelius is a board certified cardiovascular registered nurse and earned a master’s degree in nursing leadership.
