New Director of Clinical Effectiveness

PALM COAST, FL, September 28, 2016 Florida Hospital Flagler has named Dana Culhane as director of clinical effectiveness.

In this position, Culhane will provide direction to ensure the quality of care and services provided and adherence to organizational, regulatory and accreditation requirements.

She graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has been a registered nurse for 28 years with emphasis on performance improvement for more than 12 years. Additionally, she has specific experience in case and risk management, workers compensation, corporate compliance and home health care.

She most recently served as the quality manager at Florida Hospital DeLand, where she worked with hospital leadership to facilitate performance improvement activities.
