PALM COAST, Fla., July 17, 2017 Florida Hospital Flagler has named Olesea Aguilar as human resources (HR) manager and associate HR business partner.
In this role, Aguilar will serve as partner and consultant to management on HR related issues, providing coaching, career development, policy guidance, as well as compliance, employee engagement and retention.
Aguilar has 10 years of experience and previously served as a strategic HR business partner with regional responsibilities for two manufacturing facilities of Conagra Brands Inc., one of the largest food manufacturing companies in the U.S. During her tenure, she served in various HR capacities, overseeing culture and employee engagement, labor relations, talent acquisition and talent development.
Most recently, she led a merger with Givaudan Flavors Inc., managing cultural and HR operations integration activities for 250 employees.
