AdventHealth Shawnee Mission welcomes Molly Haase as Director of Advocacy. In the role, Haase is responsible for all aspects of government relations and community benefit activities on behalf of the organization. In addition, Haase will work to implement AdventHealth Shawnee Mission’s local and state public policy agenda and work closely with the AdventHealth corporate advocacy team to implement federal policy.

Haase is a seasoned expert at building relationships in the Kansas City region and beyond. Prior to joining AdventHealth, she worked on Capitol Hill for U.S. Senator Pat Roberts. Most recently, she held the position of district director for U.S. Representative Kevin Yoder, overseeing operations at the 3rd Congressional District Office serving Johnson, Wyandotte and Miami Counties in Kansas.

AdventHealth Shawnee Mission’s leadership team has also grown with the promotion of Jimmy Bolanos to Administrative Director of Strategic Planning. Bolanos has served the organization as Director of Finance for the past three years, responsible for the financial support of the leadership team with a focus on productivity, department financial management, budgeting, and service line analytics. In his new role, Bolanos works with senior leadership to develop long-term strategic plans as AdventHealth continues to grow and identify needs in the community.

“I’m thrilled to have Molly and Jimmy as part of our leadership team in these new roles,” said AdventHealth Shawnee Mission President and CEO Sam Huenergardt. “They understand the needs of the community we serve and our mission to extend the healing ministry of Christ, and we look forward to having them guide us as we continue our growth in the Kansas City area.”
