About Our Addiction Treatment
Our voluntary substance use disorder treatments are tailored to each person, depending on where they are in their recovery journey. Each program offers different kinds of behavioral health services — like medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and mental health counseling — to help people as they heal.
- Level II Residential Substance Use Disorder Program
-
Our Center features residential (or live-in) treatment, which offers the most intensive support for people who are just starting recovery. Often, this is the first step to receiving treatment. Residential treatment is provided in a structured and supervised environment within a non-hospital setting, 24 hours a day for 30 days.
This level of care is intended for people who need a structured rehabilitation program to heal from a substance use disorder. Here, patients will be given the tools and support to help them lead a healthy lifestyle free from addiction. Additionally, this program can actively treat people who have a substance use disorder and may also be living with a mental health condition (co-occurring disorders).
Our residential treatment program consists of more than 10 hours of therapy weekly, including individual counseling, group counseling and counseling with families or support systems. In addition to clinical therapy, the program includes:
- Recovery-focused education, such as strategies for avoiding substance use and relapse
- Education on health problems related to substance use
- Motivational enhancement - Activities include Yoga, Outdoor/Indoor Recreation, Music Therapy, Resume Assistance, Financial Education, and more.
- Strategies for achieving a lifestyle free from substance use
Our clinical team can help determine the program that best suits your unique needs. If you have any questions, please contact us at Call407-792-2161.
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
-
Our intensive outpatient program, or IOP, is a level of care that is between residential and outpatient therapy. It’s best suited for people who have completed a detox program and no longer need the intensive support of residential care but are still looking to overcome their dependence on substances.
The purpose of IOP is to relieve the symptoms that prevent healthy daily living. This is done with two primary goals in mind: learning coping skills to manage triggers and practicing wellness for self-care.
These goals are accomplished by working in group therapy, led by a clinical therapist. Our IOP consists of a three-hour group therapy session that is attended three days per week for four to six weeks. This program also includes services that assist the client in remaining abstinent from substance use upon returning to the community.
Our clinical team can help determine the program that best suits your unique needs. If you have any questions, please contact us at Call407-792-2161 or complete our contact form.
