ASHEVILLE, N.C., — HENDERSONVILLE, NC, June 12, 2025, – AdventHealth is excited to welcome Andrew Prizigley, PA-C, to our team at AdventHealth | Southeastern Orthopedics and Spine at Turtle Creek*. Prizigley is a board-certified physician assistant and will be serving alongside Southeastern Orthopedics and Spine surgeons to offer expert orthopedic and sports medicine care for the community of Western North Carolina.
Prizigley earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, TN. He then went on to earn his Master of Physician Assistant degree from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA.
Prizigley brings his extensive experience in orthopedic spine surgery and neurosurgery to his new role at AdventHealth | Southeastern Orthopedics and Spine. He most recently served as a physician assistant at Carolina Spine and Neurosurgery Center in Asheville, where he performed surgical first assisting and outpatient clinic management. His expertise in surgical assisting, patient evaluations and consultation make him an excellent addition to the team and a valuable resource for the community.
“I believe in whole-person healing,” Prizigley explains. “While working in the surgical field, I am able to address some of the physical ailments that people may have. I also am open to speaking to people in regard to their emotional needs as well as their spiritual needs.”
Prizigley was drawn to AdventHealth’s mission of Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ and their approach to patient care. He is passionate about delivering patient-centered, compassionate orthopedic care to every patient, every time.
“I try my best in diagnosing and treating the medical issues people may bring to our clinic, while being compassionate and caring,” he says. “I work to ensure the appropriate diagnosis and treatment with the least amount of testing that is needed to establish care.”

Prizigley and his wife have four children. They enjoy spending time out in nature together as a family. To feel whole, Prizigley enjoys attending church, spending time with his family, and participating in sports and music. He is multilingual, with a proficiency in Russian and Ukrainian.
