In addition to competitive benefits and compensation, AIT team members have the opportunity to participate in numerous growth and continued learning opportunities, including training and certifications, leadership development courses and subscriptions to online training services.

The list of 100 Best Places to Work in IT is compiled based on a comprehensive questionnaire regarding company offerings in categories such as benefits, career development and training programs.
