Matt Gal has been named Chief Financial Officer at AdventHealth Parker. Matt currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at AdventHealth Castle Rock, where he has worked since 2022. Matt will begin his new role on Monday, January 27.
In his time at AdventHealth Castle Rock, Matt has been instrumental in the rapid growth of the hospital. He helped steer AdventHealth Castle Rock during the disaffiliation, increased net revenue by more than $40 million, and helped with the planning and completion of multiple projects.
“What a privilege it has been to work alongside all my team members at AdventHealth Castle Rock the last three years,” said Matt. “It’s been the best job I’ve had in health care and it’s because of how much fun we had working together and achieving great things as a team. The future is very bright for AdventHealth Castle Rock!”
Prior to joining AdventHealth Castle Rock, Matt served in similar finance roles at Adventist Health and St. Mary’s Medical Center in California.
“I am excited to join AdventHealth Parker as the hospital continues to grow,” said Matt. “I look forward to forming strong relationships with team members, leaders, and providers, and want to support them as they provide incredible care to our community.”
Matt is a proud Colorado native, having grown up in Highlands Ranch. When not at work, Matt enjoys playing basketball, golf, snowboarding, and traveling.
