AdventHealth has named Nick Bejarano president and CEO for AdventHealth Manchester, a 49-bed hospital in the organization’s Southeast Region. He will lead the Kentucky facility beginning Dec. 15, reporting to Mike Thompson, president/CEO for the Southeast Region.

“Nick’s operational background and focus on driving excellence will make him a great addition to the AdventHealth Manchester team,” Thompson said. “The Manchester community is a special place and I’m certain Nick’s passion for people, service and our mission will help advance our healing ministry throughout greater Clay County.”
Bejarano joined AdventHealth in 2019 and currently serves as the vice president and chief operating officer at AdventHealth DeLand. In this role, Bejarano has successfully overseen the implementation of processes to improve the operational efficiency of the facility. He also developed new service lines, including DaVinci robotic surgery, neuro spine and vascular surgery, which provide essential services not previously offered in the West Volusia market. Prior to that, Bejarano served as market director of business development for AdventHealth Waterman where he led strategic planning, advanced physician recruitment strategies and managed strategic growth opportunities for the North Lake and South Sumter market.
“I’m excited to collaborate with the leaders, providers and team members at AdventHealth Manchester, as well as with local community and state leaders, to build on the strong legacy of compassionate, whole-person care that AdventHealth Manchester is known for in Eastern Kentucky,” said Bejarano.
Bejarano earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from Southern Adventist University. He serves on the board of the Good Samaritan Clinic, which provides free health care services to the uninsured of West Volusia County.
