Dr. Foster graduated with honors from West Virginia University School of Pharmacy in 2017 and completed a PGY-1 Community-based Pharmacy Residency at Virginia Commonwealth University/Bremo Pharmacy in 2018. He worked with administration at AdventHealth Daytona Beach to create a Transitions of Care pharmacist position and currently operates the Pharmacy-led Transitions of Care Clinic. He also serves as Residency Program Director and supervises the Medication History Pharmacy Technician Program. He is active in local, regional, and divisional committees and precepts APPE students in ambulatory care and transitions of care. Dr. Foster is a board certified ambulatory care pharmacist, published author, and active member of the American Pharmacists Association and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.

Dr. Molineros graduated from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy where she received her PharmD in 2019. She then completed a PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Orlando Health (Level I Trauma Center/Burn Center in Central Florida) in 2020 and a PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at AdventHealth Orlando in 2021. Dr. Molineros has participated in a variety of quality improvement projects and submitted publications to Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) including the “Use of the Piperacillin / Tazobactam vs. cefazolin and gentamicin for type III open fractures” and “Comparison of inhaled Treprostinil versus inhaled epoprostenol via vibrating mesh nebulizer for acute pulmonary hypertension following cardiac surgery or acute respiratory distress syndrome in mechanically ventilated patients”. Dr. Molineros has trained in various intensive care units including cardiac, advanced cardiovascular, neuro, surgical/trauma, burn, medical, multi-system, and mixed ICUs. She currently serves as the Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist Specialist position and is the Code Blue liaison for the pharmacy department. Dr. Molineros is active in local and regional organizations including American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Florida Hospital of Health-System Pharmacists, and SCCM.

Dr. Gandhi received his Doctor of Pharmacy in 2019 from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, MA. He then completed his PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, IL and PGY-2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency at Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. Upon completion of residency training, he accepted a position as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Infectious Diseases at AdventHealth Daytona Beach, where he also precepts learners on their Infectious Diseases/Antimicrobial Stewardship rotation.
