Dr. Ambroise chose AdventHealth for his residency because of its strong reputation for clinical excellence and commitment to professional development. The program’s focus on patient-centered care and diverse rotation opportunities align well with his career goals. Additionally, AdventHealth’s collaborative environment, dedication to innovation in healthcare, and supportive atmosphere were key factors in his decision. This year, Garly is most excited about starting his PGY1 to start gaining hands-on experience in various clinical settings and working alongside experienced pharmacists. He is eager to apply the knowledge he gained from pharmacy school to real-world situations and to develop his clinical decision-making skills. The opportunity to rotate through different specialties and contribute to patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team is particularly exciting to him. Outside of work, Garly have a passion for reading and continuously expanding his knowledge on a variety of topics. Garly find great joy in delving into new subjects and staying informed about emerging trends. Additionally, he love taking vacations as an opportunity to explore new destinations, different cultures, and create lasting memories. As a newcomer to Orlando, Garly is excited to experience the city's famous attractions, explore the local food scene, and enjoy Orlando's natural beauty. He’s looking forward to immersing myself in the community and discovering all that Orlando has to offer. Post-residency, Garly aim to become a well-rounded clinical pharmacist providing high-quality patient care. He is considering further specialization through a PGY-2 program or seeking a position to apply his advanced training. Long-term, he hope to contribute to pharmacy through clinical practice, research, and academia contributing to the pharmacist of the future.
